in sch during pe then bang into sophie
that wan was jus a slight shift
2nd time(the worst one ever!!!):
at the stadium with my sis n dad
JOGGED for less then 10 steps
then the whole knee went sideways
ok kneecap to be exact
so freaky lah
it totally went out of place

3rd time(2 days ago):
was walking down the stairs at ikea
then my someone go make me laugh then
i never step properly
the my knee went off again
but lucky it went back immediately by itself
but still
hurts ok

so we were playing with each other

but i was lyke laughing my head off at her bad luck lah
